The complexity of our designs and the techniques of our production application has made what is seemingly impossible for melamine dinnerware possible.
The Design.
Our designs process takes us from ideation to product development. With a team of design talents based in different countries, our designers are able to translate our customers’ requirements into exquisite dinnerware in our stores.
But our design team does not work alone. Together with the production engineers, we shorten the new product development cycle and make the whole process from project launch to delivery no more than 45 days.
The Materials.
We procure our melamine compounds from Thailand and Japan, where industry best practices are used to produce these raw materials. We voluntarily send our products to an external laboratory for regular product testing to ensure that our materials’ quality is not compromised.
The Process.
Our products are produced under the careful watch of our production specialists, most of whomhave been working on this special craft for more than five years. Unlike most compression moulding processes, part of our processes are automated to reduce human errors and, in return, achieving higher product quality and lower production rejects —all in our bid to do our part for the environment.
